Bob Earl and the Revived Exteriors team did a great job helping us with our hail damage. Bob worked directly with our insurance agent to have them cover all the repairs - we didn't do anything. He even added tarp to the roof for protection before the repairs started. He provided several options for our repairs and worked with us on the final selections. Then the Revived Exteriors' crews did a great job with the roof, gutters and siding - they were courteous, focused on their job and cleaned up after they finished. Bob came over for final inspections each time to ensure everything was taken care of properly. We are very satisfied with the repairs and the service. Bob has great enthusiasm for his work. After a particularly windy and rainy night we discovered that we had a few scraps of shingles in our yard. Called Revived Exteriors to check our roof and they did a full inspection I didnt even have to come out of my house when the owner and Jeff came, since I was working virtually from home and in the middle of work. They provided a super detailed portfolio of pictures and video of their inspection. Discovered there were 3 holes in my roof! Next day they arrived within 15 min post our virtual call to emergency tarp up the roof as we were expecting more bad weather. The urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism was/is very appreciated.
