Cheryl Rosen	I cannot attest to their quality of work because they did not bother to show to an appointment twice in the same day. After the contractor failed to show to an appointment at 9 am by 10 am, I called and spoke to Troy. He said the contractor must have been double booked accidentally and would show around 2 to 4 pm. Not a big deal. 4 pm comes with with no calls or show from the contractor. I called and spoke to Troy again, who seemed not very concerned. He said he would call the contractor and get back to me with an ETA. That did not happen either. It is very disappointing. I have found 4 other roof/gutter companies who seemed genuinely interested in our business and were attentive & caring. I would not recommend based on this experience.
