Two months later we get a letter from a lawyer stating the lumber company that Perfect Choice uses has put a lien on our property. I don't know if Perfect Choice did not pay their bill or what the problem is, but it's all coming back on us. I have reached out to Perfect Choice numerous times, they stated I was never suppose to get this letter and I would be getting another letter to clear this up. Didn't get that letter. Keep leaving messages for the general manager, but no one returns my calls. As of today that lien is still on my property. |
