My husband and I were in the middle of a Kitchen Countertop remodeling project and we went to Crawford supply for the new kitchen sink and faucet. I was stuck in the past with my views on what the sink should look like, and particularly what the faucet should look like. I was pretty insistent on wanting the shorter, smaller faucet that I was used to, and Victoria was absolutely wonderful in persuading me to go with the more modern larger, and taller faucet. She was so gracious and patient with me in explaining how the larger faucet was the perfect complement to the heavier bold look of the granite countertops, whereas the smaller faucet would not be anywhere near as striking. She was absolutely right, and we could not be happier with the choice. She also was of great assistance in my decision to abandon the divided sink which I have been so used to, and opting for a larger, deeper undivided sink. She was able to assess what I was really looking for in a sink, and based on our particular needs guided us to the perfect sink for us. Victoria is the consummate professional, who is totally knowledgeable regarding the products she deals with, and whose bottom line is her customer's complete satisfaction.
