Despite our perception that we had lost so many shingles that we thought it was time for a new roof, after assessing our roof, they determined that it required some repair, but with that repair and a preservation treatment, we would be able to get another 7-10 years out of our current roof. The weather was not great during the time Shake Guys had planned to do the work but their communication was very good throughout, and they got here to do the work as soon as they could. The teams that came to do the work over a couple of days were hard at work the entire time, did a very good job, and cleaned up well afterwards. Overall our experience exceeded our expectations. |

Second, it was a pleasure dealing with all reps of the company - the appraiser, the office/billing people, and the workers. And last and most importantly, the work was well done. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Tyler kept in touch with me as promised for scheduling. No payment until the job is done and I could pay with credit card at no additional charge. I tried to get three estimates before using Shake Guys. I couldn't even get anyone else to give me an estimate or return my calls. I did have a guy cold call me one day last year about the roof and his quote was same as Shake guys, but he never called me back , so I'm confident the pricing was fair. If this company offered other services I would use them. They have a system that's beyond anything I've seen with other contractors. HIGHLY RECCOMEND |
