Wait in line to enter to stay safe, wait in line to pay to stay safe, nobody to assist customers in the store because they're all outside counting people to keep us safe. Dozens of people waiting to check out with ONE lane open to keep us safe... and it's too narrow to fit lumber through because of the plexiglass divider “keeping us safe”. Stop keeping me safe and be a hardware store already.

Usually get great service. Recently attempted to purchase a string trimmer online but there was an issue. When I called the store here in Quincy, female employee said trimmer would still come and I could pay upon arrival. A week later, I called to check on status and different employee told me it must be paid for FIRST in order to ship. Ordered new one and went to store when it came in. Store offered curbside pickup so I called their number. They told me I have to come in to get it? When I did so, they handed me receipt and put in cart for me to push out. Is this what curbside pickup is, because it seems like regular pickup to me? Still like store and employees but seems like some training might be in order.
