Honest People, Great Workmanship! John did what he said he would do when quoting our new roof. Highly dependable and great crew, cleaned up as if we never even had our old roof torn off and a new one installed. We would highly recommend this company!

I have a leak in the back of my house. I had another person come previously and never fixed the leak. I decided I would call a company. After having three estimates, I decided to use this company. I discussed getting the whole quarter removed and installed and then finishing the roof next year when I could afford it. This was an suggesion from another reputable company. As per the contractor at this company it would be more money to do this in the end, just do a repair to hold you over until you get the full tear off. I trusted his advice and did so. Within a week after the rain I still had dripping in the spot that I needed the repair. Not as much as before but nevertheless it was still drips. After texting and getting a call back, the person who was so nice prior to me advised me that they don't guarantee leaks, and they did extra for me. He could not believe that I was even complaining. I was so nice and considerate and only voiced that I didn't understand because I called him to fix the roof to stop it from leaking. He was totally different from the person that initially came to my home. He acted as if he was doing me a favor and told me that he would come out it would cost more to repair. Well ok if I keep paying you for repairs, I could have just had the whole quarter done for a little more than what I paid you. I am learning as a single woman, contractors are contractors and I cannot trust you based off kind words and smiles. The contract states what it states and I will honor that, however going forward I will never suggest this company to anyone after the tone that was taken with me. Do yourself a favor move on to the next company, people will smile and tell you what they want you to hear.
