| Jim James | Cardinal buildings service is HORRIBLE!!! I needed help with setting up online account due to a busy schedule and not having time to call in monthly. I had emailed several times asking for a building number and never got it. Instead of working with me they came and tried to repo my building I was planning on paying off in 6 ton10 payment. Drove a truck into my back yard over my septic system and tore up my grass with the machine all while destroying the building. They were not able to get the building out of the yard so they left it with both sides almost completely ripped off. I emailed the next day and offered to pay them for the building after it was put back in place and repaired and my yard fixed as I do not have time to shop for another one they would not even talk to me about it. All they said is clean it out and they will come get it. I am sure the building is not safe to get into now because if the damage. Horrible service all around be cautious when dealing with them very shady buisness practices and very destructive I'd be happy to send pics and corresponding emails with anyone in question |
