Michael Seaman	I had West Central Contractors come out to fix a roof that was dripping water down the exterior of a small part of my house, discoloring the bricks. They came out and told me I needed not gutters all around my roof, though this had nothing to do with the problem or what I asked for. I went ahead and put the new gutters on. They disappeared. I then called them back to fix the roof problem, which they did. However, a year later I have water leaking on the inside of the house in the very area they worked. It does not take a rocket scientist to discern that they caused the problem. I now have mold. They refused to fix the problem. Very dishonest.
Cara Hilton	This was an insurance claim for hail damage. Communication was extremely poor. Roofers left nails and trash for us to clean up. It took months for them to even get started on the work and more attempts at calling for them to finish the job. There was a leak from the new roof on back porch, which they had to come back out and fix. These are just some of the issues with this company. Would definitely not recommend!!
