Greg King	Awful experience. The tech couldn't clean my main drain and advised that a supervisor would be giving me a call to come back no charge the following day. When I called the next day to find out when the supervisor was going to be out, the woman I spoke to advised that there was no mention of that on the paper work but would have him call me in 10-15 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and the woman I spoke to became belligerent with me and said that I was rude. I just wanted my drain cleaned and to know when the supervisor would be out. She then advised me that I was not the only person in the city who had a clogged drain and a supervisor would call when he was available. I asked her what I had paid for covered and she hung up on me. I hired another company and they cleaned it out pretty easily. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
