| Joey Fasano | Had to have section re-roofed because contractor screwed up. New roofing contractor found Valdez Roofing never reattached furnace flue after they roofed house. Therefore, carbon monoxide has been dumping in my attic for last 4 years. That is serious and will report them to city and Better Business Bureau. Also, during installation, they broke valley roof ridge joist, and one roofer put his leg through kitchen ceiling. Would not recommend hiring. |

Without any explanation what so ever! I can't believe they had 9-5 star rating! Please quote around and find the guys like Valdez that explain what they are going to do and why it's in your best interest. Never settle!!!! They never gave me a set date and explained why. Well how can you when your job works around unpredictable weather. They did say however that when they where able to they would only take a day... and they did just that! Valdez also brought to my attention my gutter situation which I had already known but he didn't and for that I will be having him give me an estimate on gutters and returning this fall |
