Bought the house in January new roof was replaced, old owners chose this company. I am in Lawrence area so we did not know this company I would have used a local known company. Took several emails and months to get a copy of my warranty. A month ago the roof started to leak when it rains, contacted the company by phone, on their website, and by email and that took several days to respond. Several weeks and emails later the owner finally called and stated he would have someone come out to look at the problem. No one showed called them the following day after the weekend, left a voicemail on cell phone no response so I emailed them. He is lucky for the lady who answers the emails because he doesn't respond. A few days later after the second reminder of the leak he called to set up a time and explained it would be someone who speaks little English. I gave specific location of the leak in the living room, and the employee gave Curt information on an old leak with the old roof. Responded by text on what they thought the problem may be and to this day have not heard back. Sent them an email stating I would recommend to do better customer service, and would find someone to look at the problem and get it fixed since the leak occurs every rainfall.
