Steven Green	They had great service but on the same hand I'm very upset.. I had both the Unit outside and inside replaced back in mid to late 2018. The unit outside is on the same side of the house as the inside unit and on the other side of the wall is the inside unit. They did not replace the lines, there for last year the first time using the AC we had a Leak. They; free of charge, came out and fixed the leak which was supper awesome, BUT.. Now its that time of year for AC again and guess what?.. We have another leak.. Going to have to call and have this repaired Again.. Brand new unit and been having issues since day one. I have to keep resting the Unit all the time just to get it to work in the first place..
Jared Elliott	Very professional and skilled at troubleshooting. Was dealing with a freon leak and was told by a different technician/contractor that it would cost me a 1000+ to replace a part that may or may not fix the problem. I called Brown's and they were at my house within 2 hours and had it fixed in an hour and a half at 25 of what the other contractor quoted. We've had cool air ever since. Would highly recommend and contract again if needed in the future.
