We got a estimate from them to fix our roof. Sent all information from the insurance company. Then never heard from them again. Tried calling several times and left several messages with no return call, because of their delay my roof incurred more damage that cost me more money. If I could have gave them a 0 I would have. No one ever use this company.

Wish I'd got everything in writing with a signature on it. I admit being a bit naive in just signing over insurance checks over to public adjuster that Kish gets involved, do it differently given that chance cause I got short-changed in the end. They did a pretty good job, though, but did damage a good amount of my landscaping around the house. Would not use them again.

Kish sent a crew out in adverse weather to get the job done. They were efficient with work, but were a little slow to get my warranty paperwork which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. Charles advised this was an administrative oversight and will email me the paperwork when it arrives. I plan to change my rating once this is complete to a 5. His crew worked diligently and efficiently and cleaned up nicely after the job. No complaints with the quality of work performed.
