A two day job took a week. Did not start the job until 5 weeks after the 50 deposit was paid. Ryan Chavez was a poor project manager, never on site and did not answer calls. He was the only bilingual in the crew, all others spoke Spanish. A lot of the roof had to be redone because of poor workmanship and language barrier. The cable line was cut and they wasted materials. I would say to anyone who needs their roof replaced stay away from Mr. Roof.

We had a leak in our roof but no obvious missing shingles, etc... Mr Roof was the only company we called that really took the time to get to the root cause of the problem. They flew a drone over the home to inspect and when that didn't turn up anything obvious, they sent Edgar out to get on the roof and do a thorough inspection. Edgar figured out the problem and within 2 days came back and completed the repairs. Edgar did a great job and we are very satisfied with our experience. He also sent us detailed pictures before and after.

My roof was replaced by Mr. Roof less than 7 yrs ago. Since being replaced we have had 2 leaks now. Both of the leaks have been over the garage same area. The first was just a week after the warranty had ran out the second just happened. Both were due to the flashing by the chimney. I had 3 different companies come out all said similar things the flashing was not done correctly and that it was obvious a lot of caulk had been used at some point to install or fix and issue. Mr. Roof was kind enough to come give me an estimate to repair/fix the new leak, again taking out the old flashing and some shingles and reinstalling. The cost of fixing “my” problems 1595. Keep in mind this was “their” work. Pass on this company. Additionally while mine was being repair a neighbor stopped and inquired about the guy doing my repairs turns out similar issues and guess who installed his roof, Mr. Roof.
