| Hilltop Gypsy | Their prices on some things are reasonable, but on some things they are absolutely absurd! And the rental place/Stihl dealership not only has high prices, but they have VERY HIGH TURNOVER with no explanations. It seems like there have been 4 or 5 folks there in the last year or so. The one man, Cody, was great, being quite knowledgeable, and very helpful. But when he left, or was replaced, it seemed to me like a disaster! The gentleman who took his place may have been well trained in working on Stihl equipment, but seemed clueless when dealing with humans! I'm sorry, I can't remember his name, but what I can remember is the rude way he spoke with me and my family. We ended up having to find another place to get our Stihl equipment worked on. |
