They recommended a guy that quoted me a super affordable price. So I committed to buy the building and the ink wasn't even dry on the contract when the builder decided to totally stop communicating. Pretty convenient for Tin Man when their response was, sales are final and the builder is on you. It's now 8 months later and building still isn't built. Shady sales practices to say the least. The second builder they suggestedto make things right ran off with 5500, did not complete the job, filed bankruptcy. I found out yesterday they are still recommending him for jobs. |
