I called Garcia Roofing on a Saturday afternoon to leave a message, expecting a Monday call back . Much to my surprise, the phone was answered by a pleasant person named Stephanie who gathered the information on my roofing issues and proceeded to schedule a site inspection within 2 days non-emergency roof repair. The field manager arrived early and immediately proceeded to access the roof. Within 45 minutes, he gave me a picture presentation on his laptop with schematics of the anticipated repair, along with a cost estimate. The estimate was less than I anticipated by about 800 dollars. We signed a contract and they provided insurance certificates and licensing information for me to review. Within 3 days, the servicemen showed up and completed the repair within a half-day, for the exact price quoted, even though they discovered some unforeseen issues. I could not have been more pleased with the level and quality of service. Also, they respected social distancing guidelines, and I felt very satisfied with the overall experience.
