My wife and I had also noticed some water leaks in one of our bathrooms. As it turns out, the flashing around the vent stacks had dry rotted causing water to leak inside the interior of the house. Cody showed up right on time for our appointment assessed the damage and quoted a very reasonable price for all repairs.
