Jon was referred to us by a neighbor for some potential hail damage. He came out the very next day and inspected our roof and said the roof was fine and did not need any repairs/replacement. I was very impressed with Jon's professionalism and integrity and if I ever do need roof repairs in the future, he will definitely be the first person I call.

My mom recently had her roof replaced by Roofs Restored USA, LLC near Shreveport, LA. The entire process was flawless. Jonathan DePriest came out to give her an estimate. He showed up exactly on time. He saw that the roof had been damaged due to hail and wind so he let her know his findings. She contacted her insurance company and Jonathan met with the insurance agent to insure that the insurance company did not overlook any issues. After the insurance company submitted their numbers, Roofs Restored office personnel looked over the insurance documents to insure everything discussed was reflected in the insurance documents and subsequently to the check written to my mother. When the work was scheduled, Jonathan and his crew arrived on the day and time promised and Jonathan remained with the crew throughout the process. Large tarps were used to capture the materials to expedite cleanup. As much as my mom was dreading this entire process, she was so thankful that Jonathan ensured it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Roofs Restored again and would highly recommend them.
