| Dana Douglass | We signed a contract for a roof in September, 2016. It is now February, 2018. We have never had any contact from the company. We have called three times and been given no information of a date for the roof to be installed. Yesterday, 2/27/18, on our way to Camden, we stopped at the office to finally put a face with the company and learn if there was anything they could tell us. The secretary said it was inappropriate for us to come to the place of business. When we asked if there was a manager we could speak with, we were told that his number could not be given out. We persisted a bit longer and were told that if we didn't leave, she would call the police!! I am a retired minister; my wife is a retired kindergarten teacher. We are the least threatening people imaginable. Something is terribly wrong with this company. STEER CLEAR!!! |
| Bill Fogle | We received an estimate in November 2017 with likelihood of work starting about May 2018. Called their office in June and each month thereafter, always receiving the same rote response that there is a delay. I stressed that we could not go through another winter with our roof. Always the same brief, mechanical response from the secretary and never, ever a call from the contractor. I sent them their estimate in September asking that they contact me with an estimated start date within 72 hours or I would accept another bid. Never heard from them. The secretary promised we would get our roof, and the company completely let us down. Deal with this contractor at your own substantial risk! |
