Justin was wonderful to work with -- he cared about the outcome and the qualify as much as I did. He was always very responsive, even when he was out of town. Our new siding looks beautiful, the gutters work the way he promised, and the kitchen is everything I wanted. Even when suppliers for the kitchen cabinets were delayed, he kept on their case to make sure the cabinets were as promised. Plus he is just a really nice, good person.

It was time to replace the roof on our home so we began the search for the right person with the expertise to do the job. We have a relatively large home with a mansard flat roof. The first person who showed up spent a lot of time with us, told us we probably wouldn't want to spend what it would cost to do the job and then left promising to work up an estimate and get back to us. One month later, we still hadn't heard from him. We called another roofer who came and spent considerable time, talked about how the replacement would be done and promised to call with an estimate. That call never came either. Then we found Benchmark Roofers. Justin came to the house, spent time on the roof, talked to us about what he felt should be done and told us he would call us back with an estimate. Not only did he call back when he said he would, he gave us a timeline for when the work would be done and he gave us an honest and fair estimate of the total cost. The team that came to the house to replace the roof was fantastic. They were 1st class pros all the way. Friendly and tidy, they left nothing behind when they were done. We cannot speak highly enough about Justin and his team of professionals. Our home is totally transformed and we couldn't be happier. It was worth every penny to have the job done right!
