They were able to send an estimator out within a couple of hours to give us a free estimate and he gave us a price on the spot to replace it. This was our third estimate--including one from our home warranty company--and it was by far the highest quality product as well as the most competitive price. We had an A.O. Smith heater the same brand as the one they were replacing that had lasted over 25 years installed that same day and the two gentlemen who came to install it were efficient, courteous, and careful. They covered our white carpet, covered nearby sprinkler heads, and completed the job in under three hours. After they finished, they took the time to answer our questions and explain how our new water heater works, which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend A.J. Michaels and can say they will be the first call I make the next time we have any issues! |
