It was a very rough experience for me over the summer. My only negative experience is how frustrating and confusing it was for me in the beginning. If you hire a public adjuster, your own public adjuster should work for you, be your own advocate in crisis, but in this case, my public adjuster Mike Greene MG works for Property Solutions. I don't pay MG, instead I pay directly to Property Solutions and Property Solutions will pay MG. MG was borderline abrasive with me, a little passive aggressive with me, and not at all easy to communicate with. Sure, MG did succeed in negotiating with my home insurance on my behalf and got the home insurance to pay out the full amount that I need to pay Property Solutions without paying out of pocket. Once he did his job, MG just completely stopped all communications with me as if to ditch me completely with no regards whatsoever. I think it would be a better experience if I had been the one to pay public adjuster, not Property Solution. That's the only thing that was negative for me. Other than that, Property Solutions saved my house and restored it back to pre-loss completely. What happened was that my neighbor right next door we live in row houses as stated on police report left her incense unattended on paper cardboard and went to sleep. Her roof caught on fire. Firefighters took the fire out. But the damage was done. I had smoke damage everywhere in the house. The worst was my attic because all the insulations up there absorbed the smoke and it smelled horrible. I couldn't sleep upstair at all. I was so worried that my newly renovated house wouldn't be restored completely to pre-loss because I had read scary stories. Andrei, the owner of Property Solutions, reassured me from time to time that they are going to do everything they can. Andrei and his crew successfully restored my house back and it didn't smell anymore. Mitigation is first thing first. They brought air scrubbers to my house to clean air. Crew came and move furnitures down and started cleaning up surfaces with special dry sponges designed for soots. They demoed the entire attic ceiling and proceeded to clean attic. Cleaned up soots everywhere with many dry sponges until the attic was ready to be sealed. I learned that you can't actually remove soots. Basically, you take many soot as you can then you encapsulate it with smell blocking sealant. They sealed the entire attic. Then repair began by putting new insulation and drywall and so forth. It smelled like a brand new house inside and what's more is that the insulation in the attic and ductwork that they had to replace actually made the air flow much better for HVAC, which I am really grateful for. I told them to put all the furnitures back to where they were and they did that. They made sure to meet my expectations and anything that I find, smell or something looks off, anything that concerns me, they made sure to address them. I required a lot of communication as to what's going on in the house and what kind of work to be done. Andrei had been very on point with his communication, so I never felt completely in the dark not knowing what's happening. Andrei and his crew have been extremely patient with me throughout the process. If not for the negative experience with their public adjuster, I would give them a 5 stars. I recommend Property Solutions for any fire or smoke damage restorations. Thank you, Andrei!

I am very thankful I found this company. They fixed my neighbours house and they were really happy about their remodel. When my house flooded I called them. Crew came super quick, were very careful with removing furniture that wasn't damaged. I have some antique pieces and it was important to me. Now my kitchen and dining look much better than they did before the flood happened. I know they did work for a lot of people in our neighborhood and everyone I talked to highly recommends them as well. Good company.
