Beth Shepherd	Unfortunately I cannot recommend this roofing company. Franklin and Templeton were unable to solve a leak in our roof that they installed. After several visits they were still unable to locate the leak. Rick told us to wait until there was a good rain. By this time our drywall in the ceiling was falling down. Our Insurance adjuster identified the area of leak. Franklin and Templeton did some repairs. We got a second opinion from another roofing company. They found more damage from the area the insurance adjuster identify. Rick is a nice guy, but could not problem solve our leak. We have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the second opinion not repair by the second company, just the evaluation. We have received not response. Do not go with this company if you have a serious concern about your roof.
