karthik o	I would give a negative star if possible. The low average rating of this business makes absolute sense. I went with them because my builder had used them. Wrong decision. Tech came in for a faucet leak. I told them the valve underneath the sink was letting water through but he just used my faucet repair kit ball and spring kit and said the problem has been solved. The solution lasted 2 weeks. When I called back they say it is not their problem and I should call Delta or find a different plumber!
Dan O'Banion	Our builder Ryan homes also used this company for our tankless hot water heater. It was installed incorrectly with the exhaust vent being too close to the air intake vent by over a foot according to tech service at the manufacturer Noritz. Of course, by the time it started to malfunction when i called into the service line the lady i spoke with was very unpleasant and informed me that “IT'S OUT OF WARRANTY SIR.” I'm not one to post reviews but man what a garbage company. I have since spent thousands with a local plumber trying to get this corrected. Stay away.
