Thompson Creek Window Company – Roofing Contractor in Lanham, Maryland

Do not use Thompson Creek!!! They obviously do not care about taking care of their clients. We had a roof installed and then just over a year later birds started getting into our attic. Went into attic to find that fascia board that meets the roof line had come down in one corner. Customer service rep manager Amanda kept insisting they did not replace the fascia or gutter so therefore it was not their fault. All we wanted was someone to come back to the house and re-secure the fascia board that was hanging down allowing birds to enter. It's reckless for a company to install a roof and not make sure anything in direct contact to that roof is not secured properly. How they think slamming nail guns to install the roof shingles near a fascia board would not directly impact how that fascia board holds is beyond me. I am so pleased with my purchase from Thompson Creek Window Company. They were right on time, moved quickly with respect for my house. Great group of guys! It was raining that day too. They put down drop clothes everywhere they worked and cleaned up after they were done. Great job!!! Highly recommend!

The crew for Thompson Creek showed up right on time and got right to work. They were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. They were very hard working individuals that knew exactly what they were doing and was very very clean. The job actually turned out nicer than I thought it was they even trimmed out my patio slider. It's a beautiful job they did and I would recommend this company and this crew to my closest friends & friends & family. Great price and great company !!
