| Lyubomir Matlyak | Mike trust seemed friendly at first. When giving a quote he made it very hard to say no and was forceful for a signature promising he will pull permits and do the work correct. After we signed contract he kept of raising the price of his service, we agreed to the first raise. And should not have but we did not to the second and he stated “ can't blame me for trying”. Also he NEVER PULLED PERMITS FOR THE JOB. If you have work done by this man make sure he pulls permits before he starts work and ask to see them. I'm not even sure I got the shingles he promised. No proof of anything. Reason I didn't give a 1 star was because the work was done, cost almost a smut h to patch the roof than to have it fully redone by a another company. |
