| Don Marks | Avoid this company! I hired them to do a small roof replacement project and install a new gutter. They did not replace the rotted wood identified during the initial inspection, they simply covered this up and pretended that it did not exist. They failed to complete the entire project once their bad work was pointed out. The sales rep then decided to "walk-away" and stop returning messages. I called multiple times regarding the initial scheduling and understood that a small project would be a lower priority, but kept getting the run around. Without a phone call, text or email, their workers decided to show up at my home when no one was home to do the roof replacement. I found out they were doing the roof project when I showed up after work, they never called to coordinate this, ask me if it was ok, etc. This is another example of a roofing company with no business ethics. |
