| Terry Brock | Went to StoreCaro Self Serve Lumber. It closes at 4 pm....we arrived at 12 mins to 4 and we knew exactly what we needed in the yard. They were terribly rude and unwilling to help load 3 railroad ties and did not want us to sort from what they had left to find ones that weren't split for a flowerbed. We loaded them ourselves and went in to pay before 4pm, and also heard them being rude to another customer about arriving a 5 mins to 4 to buy something, customer also knew what he wanted. If you really close at 3:30 then put 3:30 on your hrs. Sign. And the real issue was that the customer service was absolutely awful.love their prices and being open on weekends or I'd never go back. Usually have what I need and it's a very handy place to have nearby. |
