Not worth my time of how much I could say about this company. The windows are amazing. Everything else is a waste of time. It took almost 1 year to complete the job and final installation of the 24 window job. When you want something fixed you will get an appointment and it is never for sure. For example one appointment I made took 4 weeks to complete. All because they don't know what they're doing and there is no project manager to ensure the entire process goes smoothly. The big boss in GR is also useless and has no say at the Hanson's window factory where nobody knows how to do anything correctly. They should have been reported to the better business bureau but I do not have time for this BS. If you plan to purchase from Hanson's beware!!! They are the biggest joke of a company out there. Many other options that will get the job done.

We are on day 14 of our roof install. Out of those 14 days, they have worked 5 and cancelled 3 days because of rain. All the other days, they have just not shown up. We called and emailed several times before we finally got someone to talk to us about it. I was just told today they they will be coming back after they finish their other roof project they took on!?!? Also, they added 40 to our bill without even talking to us about it first. They also have damaged the yard, broke off gutters, and cut down all of my raspberry bushes. They sent someone out to confirm the damages and they said they will take care of the damages. Now if only I could get them to get a roof on my house.

Window installers Nate and Daulton were amazing. They did a great job and were friendly and professional. Drew was the salesmen on my window install and did a great job as well very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Hanson's!!
