Dionis Bugari was amazing! He was the cleanest, neatest man I ever met. Fixed the furnace quickly, explained everything and cleaned up after himself, including putting away my shop vac neater than I would have. The guy even folded the towel he used to dry his hands and hung it up. I will only use VanderHyde because of Dionis.

A wonderful experience. Estimator came out on a Friday and our new air conditioner was installed on Wednesday. Dealt with estimator, office coordinator & installer. All were professional and kept us informed all throughout the process. A billing issue was very quickly addressed and resolved. I am impressed.

They came out to add an outlet and light in our basement. The power was already close by so had to run a short distance to the outlet. Here's the scary part, it cost over 665 dollars. They charge 80 as a trip charge which does not get deducted from the job cost. This was explained so no issue there. The deceit in pricing structure is that the trip charge doesn't cover any discussion or review of the issue. Doesn't cover the time to quote. They are 90 a half hour and the clock starts ticking when they pull in the driveway. I would have thought the clock would begin once the work started not the case. They did the job fine enough but think about it folks, 665 for an outlet and light in an unfinished basement. I've used many electricians in my time and I've never had the fees work like this. I feel ripped off and that's a first for me. Choose another Electrician, there are many that are willing to actually knock on the door before charging you!
