Overall we had a good experience. Everyone was pleasant to work with. We had a couple of complaints. Our first complaint was that we were told by the sales man that the high definition shingles were completely fine to walk on, and then when we mentioned it to the man installing everything, he said he wouldn't recommend walking on them. As this could cause them to be dented. This was very important to us that we could walk on them, because we have to clean out our gutters every year. Another small complaint which was actually a positive and a negative was that they showed up with out contacting us and just started unloading shingles in our yard with out knocking on our door and letting us know what they were doing. Every time they showed up to work they didn't contact us first. They also had to stop for about a week to get the paperwork all set. As I said having them not bother us was something of a positive too, but it really would have been nice to at least get a text or something letting us know what was going on. I would still definitely recommend this company to family and friends. We're very happy with the roof, we're also happy with the 100 year warranty that comes with it. It's nice knowing we'll never have to buy a roof for this house ever again.

I had a great experience with Erie Roofing! What started out as just removing 2-3 layers of shingles and replacing any damaged wood and putting on a new roof ended up being 3 layers of shingles and a layer of cedar shakes on my 100+ year old house. Although I had to pay more for the job, I didn't have to pay as much as I could have. The job was done well. The crew cleaned up beautifully especially considering the cedar shakes came off in small strips. Everyone was respectful and professional. The salesman was one of the nicest, I have ever met. He was not pushy and just explained what I needed and the benefits of their product and price. This greatly impacted my decision to hire them! Thank you to all at Erie Construction!
