Boss’s Pump & Well Service LLC – Roofing Contractor in Onsted, Michigan

I wanted to go power but I don't want to be mean. I really was unhappy with how he handled everything. I when I called to ask about information about how much it would be to have my pump fixed and he said he would take a look . Came over immediately and he started working and I asked him how much it would be to fix he said he would figure it out dug the then left his stuff in yard, he said he would be back in the morning to start without a price. Well his morning turned to night again it was dark he dug the whole then had my husband get into the hole to look and pull we had to grab our stuff to help. Then he said we needed some acid and he would let it set and be back in the morning. Again did not show up called and said it was useless to come out if the pump isn't loose so on the phone he had my husband go out there into the hole again and see if he could pull it loose well my husband pulled it all the way out with his hands. Said he couldn't do anything because it was dark then said we would have water by 2pm the next day we'll afain he didn't show up til night. Needless to say the guy only showed up until it was dark, we were without water for a week I repeatedly asked how much this was and he kept making excuses. Well he slapped me with a massive bill and labor to which me might have worked only maybe 3 hours tops, my husband did most of the work . Then got mad because it was more then what I could pay for. Please don't use them. They will rip you off

All the guys at Boss's were great! I lost water pressure in my house on a Saturday. I called Boss's and asked them to come Monday since I had water available from my neighbor and figured it was just a bad pump that needed replacing. No big deal...right? After first figuring out that my pressure tank which had been replaced 2 months prior by another company was bad, the guys pulled the well pump only to discover the original steel well casing had rusted through and I was in need of a new well. Not the news I wanted but it was what it was. The owner informed me that, if I get get the permit process started the next day Tuesday, the well could be dug by a well driller who he contracts with on Thursday, and he would install the new pump and even hook up a new bladder tank that was warrantied by the plumbing service that had previously done the installation. He quoted me 5000-5200 for the whole thing which I thought was reasonable. He offered a potable water tank in the meantime for me and my family and informed me that there would be large mess that could be cleaned up by the well driller, both at an additional cost of course. I did my part getting the well permit and the driller arrived early Thursday to drill the new well. Now...I work nights and had to sleep that day prior to my next shift but I woke up that afternoon and, to my surprise, Boss's guys were there putting in the well pump and hooking up the line to the house. I came outside to chat with the owner and he said he had talked to the driller and, since they gotten done so early, he decided to come in right behind him and work in the mud in order to make sure my family had water. They were finished by 5pm on the day prior to his estimate and his final cost was 4830. Almost 400 less than his higher end quote and the 30 bucks I made him tack on because he wasn't going to charge me for the new pressure switch he installed when we found out my old one was bad. Seriously outstanding guys and work. My water pressure and quality is amazing. Will be recommending them to everyone I hear needs there well checked or replaced.
