| Jeff Murray | Andy sold my parents a 30,000 roof to replace their 6 or 7 year old roof. He got the check in June of 2019. We found a copy of the check in August. He had not started on the roof. I told Andy in person Dad has Dementia and he doesn't need a new roof. He said he could have his money back, they paid in full up front. This January, 2020 he puts the roof on. He did not give the money back. My wife called. He said he did not need to give the money back - Dad looked just fine to him and he signed the contract - and besides, he said " his Dad just bought a 30,000 dollar Cadillac he did not need as his other car ran just fine". WOW !? All legal avenues are being pursued. Buyer beware. 3rd roof on a 15 year old house - what B.S. |
