We had a truly awful experience with Sherriff Goslin. Ben Sherriff told us it would be 3-4 days to replace our roof. It took nearly 3 weeks with endless strange excuses for why the crew was never showing up stomach flu, food poisoning, truck broke down, “personal issues”, etc. Our roof was removed with no covering and rained/hailed on for weeks resulting in multiple areas of interior ceiling damage. The final product has poor aesthetics on our front bay window, and we were offered the option of nailing down the shingles so they look appropriate but that would void the warranty for the whole roof. Ben Sherriff gave us repeated false excuses and was highly dishonest for weeks; we were told he was terminated due to his treatment of our project which was also not true. Craig Lockerbie Vice President was not helpful nor did he offer any sort of discount to help us recoup the interior damages due to their negligence. We paid full price for a roof that took 3 weeks to complete, is not aesthetically pleasing, and had to pay an additional thousand to have interior ceiling leaks repaired due to their negligence. Please do not use this company! Feel free to contact me for photos/further information if you are considering using this unprofessional company for any roofing project.

Sherriff-Goslin Roofing just replaced the roof on our house here in Ann Arbor and the entire team did a fantastic job. Ben, who came out to inspect the roof last repaired in 1987! and provide a cost estimate for the job, clearly explained all the steps that the job would entail, but also let me know in advance that there might be complications which wouldn't be obvious until the 3 layers of shingles were removed. Kenny, the crew manager, and his coworker Eric did a careful and complete job, were communicative throughout, and each day did a thorough cleanup of the work area. I really appreciated that because we did need to use our neighbors' driveway for 3 days, our lot being so very narrow and the roof quite steep. Thanks for doing such a great job, guys!
