We were very skeptical about the process of replacing our roof, and unsure of how the process worked. Our nerves were put at ease almost immediately. The process of working with our insurance company was professional and smooth. The feedback up front was clear and made the whole process easy. But most importantly, the workers were professional, friendly and quick. They did an AMAZING job cleaning up afterward, and even came back unprompted to inspect and fix a small issue we didn't even notice. We would strongly recommend this group - GREAT job.

I bought a house and money to fix some of the issues was included in the loan. The work was to begin within 30 days of closing. I closed on Oct. 20th 2018. Mid December I inquired as to when the work was going to be started, one of the issues is the windows needed to be replaced and as winter was approaching I wanted to know if they were going to get the windows in or did I need to put up plastic. I received a response from a guy named Corey, said he had been home ill and would contact me when he returned to work. A couple weeks went by and I didnt hear anything so I reached out again and Corey said he was sorry he no longer worked for the company but would forward my info onto someone who did. On January 7th I received an email from Anthony Marcum stating he had received a message from a former employee, apologizing that the ball had been dropped internally from the retail division and assured me that the measurment's would be taken for the windows within the that week. On January 19th I was contacted by James who was to measure the windows. The windows didn't get measured until April 8th. and didnt get installed until July 23rd. We had to ask them if there was anything we needed to do, and was not told until after 10 pm the night before and another message at 7:28 am the morning of, of course everyone had already left for work. They made a HUGE mess in the house leaving saw dust every where including on the beds, they didnt put the shades back up. August 8th they started painting, didnt tell us that the windows needed to be closed even tho I asked them if there was anything We needed to do. They didnt tape around where they were painting and got paint on the building. When I asked them what they were going to do I received no response. The work was suppose to start by November 20th 2018 and be completed by May 20th 2019. It is now mid August and we still are not finished.

Ray and James worked with us after we were hit from a hail storm. They we professional, went above and beyond to get our job done before winter came. The crew that did the tear off and install made sure the job was up to the best standards and thorough in the clean up. We would highly recommend Ray and James!!
