| Kristi Thompson | Initially this was a great experience. Joe was informative and not too pushy. He helped us select the shingles and explained the process. We got to the date of installation and there were a few minor hiccups related to communications errors but nothing we couldn't work through. Fast forward a few weeks and it was time for the final inspection/walk-through. Joe comes back out and inspects the roof on Thursday, June 27. All appears great. On Friday, June 28 we leave our house at 10am and come back at 3pm and notice the roof edge is hanging off of the house...just dangling. Underneath we see wood rot. How the roofers didn't see this as they took off the old shingles to replace the new ones is beyond us. We contacted the company and it looks as though since the claim was paid out, they have no interest in coming back to make this right. They told us that we had a storm on Friday, June 28. No. No we didn't. We had partly cloudy skies with 90 degree heat. Winds between 6 and 10 mph. I pulled up the historical weather report just to be absolutely certain that I was not in the wrong here. Steer clear. |
