| Tom Wright | Bought a farm in clinton with 3 fireplaces in early september. Home insurance told me told me I had 30 days to get the fireplaces inspected. I found paperwork in the house that Advanced Chimney had been cleanining and inspecting the chimneys for many years so I called them. They told me they would be out to inspect on October 17th which was past the 30 days but I explained the delay to the insurance company. A week before the scheduled appointment they called and told me they were to busy and would call me in January when things slowed down. I wasted a month thinking i had an appointment. What a joke, they totally wasted my time. |
