They are probably the most professional roofing company in Missouri honestly everything is done with excellent service and dedicated work. The company isn't just your average business the owner takes highly depths to make sure everything is done 110 right. He takes very good care of his customers an his employees. The owner is the most humble guy you will ever meet.

I am a 72 year old man living in Mansfield I contacted Truitt for an estimate and Cody Witherspoon came to the house I told him I needed estimate to remove old lumber decking and replace it with new lumber he gave me an estimate for the house and carport to replace to old decking which was a good estimate lower than 3 other companies which toild me that replacing those old boards with dry rot would be no problem, When the mexicans were finished with the work I went out to inspect to find that they hadn't replaced the old dry rotted boards and asked Jacinto why they hadn't, He told me that he called the owner of Truitt to let him know they needed replacing so The owner told Jacinto to just put plywood decking on top of them and call it good which he did. I confronted the owner of Truitt and he told me that the structure was not strong enough to support the shingles . Then why put plywood over it and new roof if structure wasn't strong enough. Now I have to hire another company to undue what they did and replace the dry rotted wood. I will not recommend this company I am very dissatisfied.

The experience with Truitt's Roofing was great until the leak developed. Since then it has been month after month of nothing done, and endless excuses and apologies. The interior damage to the house continues to mount each time it rains. It appears that if you aren't actively paying these folks for work being done now, you are at the bottom of the action list. This didn't need to be this way.
