Usually when a customer walks into a sales office and says they need your product and have the cash on standby a sales person would actually put forth some effort to make that sale. I live a few miles from the Pacific Mo location and walked in to the office talked to a couple very nice people and left a general description of what I was looking for along with my contact info. I am fine with the person who actually goes to the job sites being out that day no biggie. Well months passed and nobody reached out to me and winter was coming so I said screw it. Now spring comes around and I try again with the exact same results except this time the sales person who was not "that" locations sales person actually sat down and got tons of info on what I wanted. Yet again I waited for a phone call that never came to get a estimate together. Almost 2 months later I get a phone call from another person asking how things were going and if I wanted to talk. Too little to late I never returned the call and found another builder that will be getting the job. I guess the hundreds of bad reviews Cleary Building Corp nationwide has floating all over the internet have some substance to them. Out of the 20 metal buildings within 10 min of me it explains why all but one have another manufactures name on them. |
