I called to get a quote, they scheduled me for the next week. Our appointment was for today at 1pm. Around 12:30 Kyle called to say he'd be 5 to 10 minutes late. Then received text with a picture of who I was meeting. Kyle called me at 1:05pm that he was at my home - I thought I had 5 more minutes. Kyle was very professional and informative. Said he'd have the quote to me by tomorrow afternoon. Due to everything else being as he said, I'll believe that I'll have the quote tomorrow. So far I'm impressed!
