carter fredenberg	I was looking for a specific part and told them the quicker they could get it the better. The woman helping me said she would call the next day, to let me know what was available. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I stopped back in. She said she had found the part, and she began looking through product books to find it. After 5 minutes of looking, she came up with nothing. And said she would have to call the company to look into it more. Long story short, I think I was forgotten.
