| Scott Keen | Love the home that Bonavilla Built as far as working with us on layout. I'm a year and a half into the home. When the home was built the rock work around the gas insert looked like a 4 year old installed the rocks crooked as a California highway. There are still stains on the bench infront of the fireplace from the grout. They said they would fix this problem but but then said there vender was not going to back up the work so now I'm SOL. I live in an area that it is hard to find contractors for this kind of work. Figured with there reputation they would stand up to quality. The product they used to wrap the windows has warped on almost every window. Bonavilla knows this can be a problem during winters with condensation but still uses these inferior products. I'm looking forward to the mold in a year when I have to replace the trim around the window of my brand new house. |
