From beginning to end, the whole thing was a piece of cake. Salesmen was charming and informative. A representative came out to meet the insurance adjuster. They showed me a website where I could upload a photo of my home, and choose all sorts of colors and materials to make my decision. Started the job at 7 am and I had a new roof with no mess in my yard by 6 pm.

Replaced our roof and gutters last year. Expectations were just for a quality job without hassle. I would say customer service was below average. Quality of job was below average to poor. Roof seems to be holding its own, but gutters have been a major problem. We have multiple drip spots in our gutters that we can hear at night due to poor sealing, and a few areas where we experience runover that I pointed out at the end of the job but were never addressed. We have multiple areas where flashing was not done properly and our soffit is rotting. Our previous gutters and roof were on the house for 35+ years and we never experienced any of these issues. We have many problem areas to make a long story short just a year later. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a job well done.

Roof Brigade is an excellent company to work for. I am a private contractor and have been staining decks and fences for them for several years. JR is easy to work with and professional. He replies to his customers in a timely manner. JR takes his business very serious and works very hard to make his customers happy. I look forward to working for Roof Brigade in the next years to come.
