| RJ Young | TDH Construction was contracted to replace the roof and gutters on the home we live in. They did a horrific job at replacing the roof and gutters. The gutters were ripped off our home and thrown back on with nails sticking through, they never replaced the gutters with new ones after saying they would. We have had water dripping for months from holes in the gutters which is contributing to our back patio sinking. They also damaged our landscaping lights and the hose reel on the back of our home. Again they stated they would replace it but here we are months later with nothing being corrected. One of their employees Dan and his wife got into a verbal altercation and an altercation with us my fianc and I online which was very unprofessional. We have reached out a number of times with zero follow up. So now it's nearing spring time and we are going to have to take care of the damages ourselves they created. Not that it's a major financial burden just very unprofessional and we figured they would follow through with the commitments they made. |
