Professional Roofing Services – Roofing Contractor in Las Vegas, Nevada

These people hire some of the rudest people. I haven't a personally experienced this company. But a neighbor of mine did and the people they had working. Went Into a business nearby. And harassed a cashier who was just doing her job and trying to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. It was 2 men and a woman. The woman was the worst as the men just laughed and they tried to make the girl. Who was just trying to be helpful feel very small in front of her regular customers who.wers trying to tell her it's ok that she didn't do anything wrong. i witnessed this personally because I am one of the cashiers regular customers. Absolutely a poor way to represent a business that you work for. Shame on You for allowing such people to work for you and as i read the other reviews i can see why they acted the way they did.

I was an employee for a short period of time. Why so short? More often than not my check was incorrect. Materials needed to do jobs were difficult for them to deliver. They wanted me to shingle over holes in the roofs that needed sheathing repair. After talking with HR Norma and trying to set and appointment with Tammara and getting nowhere, I had to decide what to do. The response to this post will probably be about how I left my position. Thats fine...I have no problem owning my own actions. I decided to take off the materials I had just spent the day applying after learning my check was short yet again. I was asked to leave by the police. There is no recourse for employees when HR isnt a help and the co-owner blows you off. These employees from Tamaras own mouth are and I quote " bottom of the barrel" see Mr. Edwin put her on speaker one day at work for all of us to hear. So when the comapny is screwing you over everyday, employees wont be doing their best. Never hire these people. The bad reviews are true. I am a hard working woman and thought a woman owner would at least have the business sense to meet with me but apparently not important. I can vouch for all the bad reviews. All of this happens on the jobs. See she is a construction attorny as well so what does an employee do? I dont care what they say about me, nobody should ever hire these people.

PRS did work on my roof 4 years ago and now e have a leak on a flat section of the roof which is covered by their 5 year warranty. However, they have not been responsive, have not been able to fix the leak, and water keeps dripping in through the window. Very unprofessional services.
