| Alexandra Macleod | My husband and I were frequent customers to the North Conway store. This morning we spent over two grand on a jetted bathtub. My husband got the wrong size boards and went back. He headed in the door by the lumber to grab the two boards he needed. The man at the door would not let him in, he was directed to go in the other door. Absolutely asinine! He would be passing dozens more ppl that way! A door makes a difference? This is not making anyone more safe! He went to Loews. The manager was no help and didn't seem to care. Just a FYI the cloth masks don't work! |

| Virginia Schrader | Great customer service. Christine in appliances was sooooo helpful and great to work with. Only glitch is when appliances were delivered by some 3rd party delivery company, they were super rude and put 4 dents in our new refrigerator. Home Depot got right on it and they're exchanging for a completely new one. Again, thank you Christine, Joe and the rest of the crew!!! |
