So I signed up for automatic refills for both my oil and propane tanks because they told me I had to, okay. Now they have let one of the tanks run totally empty so I have to take another day off to sign the same paperwork I have already signed before. So now I'm waiting here, an hour and a half after I was told they were going to be delivering. I called the office and the woman said the only driver was out, they couldn't reach him and had no idea whether he would be here soon or whether he would be here at all today. I honestly can't wait to move so I don't have to deal with this service anymore. And this is beside the fact that neither of their online portals work. But I mean when the actual driver and service techs get here they're mostly nice, that's really the only positive I've had with Petro.
