Spoke to the office manager and Joe Sr. Was told they couldn't come that day but would come out the next. Never got called back with an updated time that they would come. I followed up with 2 more phone calls and never heard anything back. Would not refer them to someone who is having issues, with that type of response/customer service. |

We used them for a pretty bad sewer main breakage at a rental property in Boonton, and both Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. were awesome at identifying the problem and looking out for our best interests when it came time to dealing with the natural gas company, who was responsible for the breakage. A++++++!!!!!! Will be calling them next time... they're on speed dial. |
